Put simply, pipe bursting involves replacement of an existing conduit by pneumatic or hydraulic means and replaces it with a new pipe of the same or larger diameter with minimal excavation. It is the only technology on the market that can accomplish this. All other pipe lining systems on the market will only downsize the existing pipeline leaving a pipe that in most cases relies upon the existing deteriorated pipe for its structural integrity. Our replacement pipe is a fully structural pipe that can even be used in direct-lay applications.
